Walking through the tea estates, witnessing the entire tea making process and sipping delicious tea – the perfect ingredients for a great vacation! Apart from visiting tea estates the trip also includes a visit to the famous Manas National Park. So get ready for some real excitement with this special tour.
Day 01: Arrival at Guwahati - Manas National Park
On your arrival at Guwahati you would meet with our representative and get transferred to Fatemabad Tea Estate. It is situated at the border of Manas National Park.
Your dinner and an overnight stay today will be at the tea estate.
Day 02: Manas National Park (Fatemabad Tea Estate)
Full day today is set for a visit to Fatemabad Tea Estate. Visit the tea factory and experience the tea making process. Know about the entire process from scratch. You would get to taste some of the flavors of the famous Assam tea. You can then opt for a walk along the estate and enjoy the green tea valleys.
When you return, dinner will be served at the tents.
Day 03: Manas
Morning today is set for an excursion to the nearby tribal villages. This will be followed by participating in daily activities of the villagers. When you return, lunch will be served at the tea estate.
After lunch you would check out from the resort and leave for Bansbari. Once you reach, the later hours will be kept at your leisure to relax. You overnight stay today will be at the resort.
Day 04: Manas
Start your day today a little early and reach the elephant boarding point. A jungle safari is scheduled at Manas National Park. You can opt for Elephant Ride which is highly recommended. Get ready to cross the dense and narrow paths of the jungle where you may get to see various animals. Manas National Park is home to Assam Roofed Turtle, Pygmy Hog Hispid Hare and Golden Langur.
When you return, breakfast will be served at the resort. We would then go back to the national park for vehicle safari. This will be two – two and a half hours safari.
When you return, lunch would be served at the resort. We would then go back to the jungle to explore the Brahmaputra valley. This semi-evergreen forest is rich in species of all Indian wildlife.
When you return dinner will be served at the resort. Your overnight stay today will be at the resort.
Day 05: Manas - Guwahati - Departure
After breakfast you would leave for Guwahati from where you would be transferred to the airport for your home country.
